direct access to City Sports Club Cebu (CSCC) and offer usage rights to
its residents.<br><br>4. Will the area of the balcony/roof deck/garden be included in the <br>association dues? <br>-Yes, maintenance of balconies, roof decks and gardens, which includes real <br>property
